Thank you for being interested in our shop and products. This is Fuji who is shop owner of us. I am running our shop just alone. I am doing all of our job by only me alone. So, I have very very busy. And, because I cannot speak English much well, I need much time for translation. So, I think I can not quick reply. I apologize beforehand for my future delay reply.
We can accept PAYPAL payment and EMS shipping only. (We don't use FedEX or DHL)
And we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We can NOT write lower value to invoice.
If you understood it, We do ship overseas.
And if you receive the products in a foreign country, we can deal with the tax (Japanese consumption tax) exemption.
We are sorry, this shopping site cannot accept the order from foreign countries. Therefore we conduct a business with you using an Email = info@thewildone.jp
If you want to order, please let us know the following,
- Item name (or URL of the item page is best)
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Your PAYPAL address
- Your Name
- Your shipping address
- Telephone number (*Japanese invoice need a phone number of the receiver)
When we received your email we will check the stock, the shipping and total amount .And we will let you now it and send a PAYPAL invoice to you.
When we received your payment, we will pack it and ship it ASAP. (please give us 2-3 days for the packing.) However, we cannot ship it on weekend and national holiday (post office's holiday) and Wednesday (our holiday).
When we shipped it we will let you know the tracking number.
* We can NOT write lower value to invoice.
* Our system can not receive email of "qq.com" and "126.com". We are sorry.
